Dante and I are so excited about our new branding iron! Chris Pfountz is the master metalworker behind this awesome work of art. Dante applies his own distinct style to the barn wood tables and now our initials, discretely branded into our pieces, distinguishes us from all others.

Dante Prestipino, the artisan of these amazing pieces of furniture, at work. Dante believes in using rustic hardware, square cut nails and hand brushing the finish. Dante's simplistic approach to furniture building, truly, allows the wood to speak for itself.

Welcome to our blog, DL RUSTICS! It has been something Dante and I have talked about for years. Loving the history, weathered conditions and nostalgia behind the barn wood we use, makes this endeavor that much more enjoyable. Some of the barn doors, planks, braces and beams are over 150 years old, which delivers our clients the most unique piece of furniture that they may ever own. All of our pieces are one of a kind. We also promote picking the barn door and/or lumber of your choice to make such a rare piece of furniture that much more personal. We are delighted to be a part of an art form that will bring joy to your your home.

Walnut Log End Tables

Bring a little nature into your home! This amazing walnut tree is over 50 years old. Cut down and abandoned, we saw potential and wanted to bring this beautiful tree back to life. Carefully sized, sanded and finished, they are bound to warm up your home.
